Tagliatelle

Tagliatelle is a tradiontal type of pasta from Emila-Romagna of Italy. Tagliatelle are long, flat ribbons. Tagliatelle can be served with a variety of sauces, though classic is a Bolognese sauce.

Made from Eggs and Semolina Flour
